Why They paint:

Updated: Jan 4, 2021

In the midst of the tradgic burning of Notre Dame, and the largest yellow-shirt protests in months, I was able to squeeze myself into the Louvre, the Musee Rodin, the Eiffel Tower, the Latin Quarter, Saint Germain, and Montmartre only to discover the answer to....everything...in this little park. Everything you say? Yes, I say. Everything. Summed us in the question, "Why do They paint?"

It was a quick week of pure artistic and cultural bliss with my sister and niece. I highly recomend it, whether it's Paris for you, or a retreat to the mountains in CO! For me, going to Paris is a huge boost of energy and inspiration which I don't get anywhere else. Pure rejuvination!

So, why DO "they" paint?

Because they had to. With lush lighting, atmospher, a view, and lovers in the grass:

They had to.
